A Satchel My object for a upcycle shadow project is a satchel. It consists of two types of material: aluminum and plastic. I used aluminum soda cans and a plastic box to create the satchel. I choose these materials for a reason that this is two of the main components which are thrown out by people and their accumulation in the Earth’s environment leads to pollution and adverse impact wildlife. Thus, just people can keep our environment. A concept of my project is a Link. I would like to link 3 R in my project – 3 actions of people which can help to conserve environment. It is Reducing waste, Recycling, and Reusing. It is a chain form three successive actions to protect environment which I tried to express in this project. Also, I wanted to link an affordable cheap “fashion” and environmental conservation when used trends of 2021 years in accessories such as a chain, transparency, and rectangular shape for bags and recycling materials.
